In some cases, certain information may be lacking from the PBX's output, rendering some of TIM Professional's more advanced features unusable.  Generally, though, most features are supported for those PBXs listed above.  We will always advise you if there could be any problems with the PBX you are connecting to.
 

 IP connectivity

TIM Professional takes full advantage of the newer range of PBXs offering direct connection over the existing network... no more need for serial cables!

Simply install TIM Professional onto the network, enter the IP address of the PBX, and immediately call data is retrieved on a live basis straight away...  There's no need for extra software modules - it's all built in to one simple, easy-to-configure application.

As standard, TIM Professional has built in client and server technology to be proactive or reactive when it comes to getting its data, so either TIM goes and gets the data, or the PBX is instructed to send it to TIM... Telnet, FTP, SNMP traps, Network Spooling, etc.  are all included as standard.

We can connect to many hybrid dealer board systems, as used on trading floors and other finance houses. Along with duplicate call filtering and cross-PBX routing, we can also provide live call status support, where available.  Please ask for more details.


 Carrier records

CDRs (call detail records) can be imported direct from your carrier, either on an ad-hoc basis, or by regular polling of an FTP server, CD-ROM, etc.

Where we have an arrangement with the carrier you use, it is possible for us to take a live data feed directly from them.
